About the Role

As our Operations Officer, you'll play a key role in the daily coordination and execution of our core operational activities — from supporting customer onboarding and partner relations to ensuring efficient internal workflows.

You'll work closely with the founding and product teams, shaping how a fintech startup runs behind the scenes, and gaining hands-on experience in systems management, compliance, and growth operations. This is a part-time, equity-based role perfect for someone passionate about building operations from the ground up and growing with the company.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operational activities across departments
  • Manage onboarding processes for new users, partners, and institutions
  • Monitor and document key business processes and performance metrics
  • Coordinate communication between product, finance, and customer success teams
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Prepare reports and operational documentation for stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana)
  • Experience with data tracking and operational analytics
  • Passion for systems, structure, and efficiency
  • Previous experience in an equity-based or startup environment
