We’re looking for a passionate Customer Success Intern / Early Contributor to join Cornerstone Digital Payments — a fintech startup building modern payment solutions for churches, schools, and institutions across Africa.

About the Role

You’ll be the bridge between our users and the team — helping organizations succeed with our platform, collecting feedback, and shaping how we serve customers at scale. This is more than a role; it’s a chance to help define customer success from the ground up at a mission-driven company.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology, curious about how products come to life, and eager to develop leadership and analytical skills in a fast-growing fintech startup.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage directly with our institutional clients (churches, schools, and partners).
  • Onboard new users and help them get the most out of our payment platform.
  • Gather feedback to help improve our product experience.
  • Create and refine resources like FAQs, guides, and onboarding materials.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure smooth communication between users and developers.
  • Represent Cornerstone with empathy, clarity, and excellence.

  • Insights into the African fintech landscape or payment solutions.
  • A knack for spotting trends in user feedback and suggesting product improvements.
  • Been a leader in student organizations, volunteer groups, or personal projects.
