As our Part-Time CFO, you will be the strategic financial partner to the CEO and the leadership team. Your mission is to build a robust financial foundation that supports our rapid growth, ensures financial health, and maximizes shareholder value. You will oversee all financial operations, from strategic planning and fundraising to risk management and compliance. What You’ll Be Building & Doing

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing financial models, investor presentations, and managing due diligence.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, cash flow management, and tax.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, processes, and systems to support growth and ensure compliance.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and board of directors, reporting on key financial metrics and performance.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other key financial partners.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and improved profitability.
• Lead financial aspects of strategic initiatives, such as M&A, partnerships, and market expansion.
