About Your Mission

As our Administrative Officer, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that the engine of Cornerstone Digital Payments runs smoothly. Your mission is to build and maintain the systems that enable our engineering, sales, and leadership teams to focus on what they do best. You won't just be handling tasks; you'll be a key partner in building a scalable, efficient, and positive work environment. This is a foundational role with immense opportunity to learn about every facet of a startup, from finance and HR to project management.

We're looking for a self-starter who sees challenges as opportunities. You will be empowered to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement changes that have a direct impact on our company's culture and productivity.

What You’ll Be Building & Doing

  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the leadership team.
  • Organize and maintain our digital filing systems (Notion, Google Drive) to ensure information is easily accessible.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
  • Handle internal and external communications, acting as a professional first point of contact.
  • Support basic financial administration, such as tracking expenses and preparing reports.
  • Help plan and execute internal team events, workshops, and all-hands meetings (both virtual and in-person).
  • Manage logistics for our hybrid team, ensuring both remote and in-office members are fully supported.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and create documentation for them.
